Plot: Daniel Craig returns in this 23rd official James Bond outing as the secret agent is torn between his dedication to the agency and his superior, M (Judi Dench). Sam Mendes directs a script from Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, and John Logan.
Gunshots and action abound in the official teaser trailer for Skyfall, where Daniel Craig returns as his version of James Bond: cunning, ruthless, stone-faced .
"Some men are coming to kill us, we're gonna kill them first." he says in one of the few lines of dialogue from the trailers.

The promo for the spy thriller is scarce on plot details, showing a montage of scenes -- a man falling, Bond blasting his gun, a row of caskets shrouded with the British flag -- that are dark, suspenseful and dead-serious.
Skyfall, slated for release in late October, marks Sam Mendes' first turn directing a 007 movie. Javier Bardem is the villain (look for his shadowy outline against a fiery background in the trailer); Judi Dench returns as M, and Ralph Fiennes portrays a U.K. government official.

'Skyfall' Poster Recalls James Bond's History

James Bond may have a new director, but the secret agent franchise is not abandoning what functions.
The first poster for Skyfall, Daniel Craig's third turn as Bond and Sam Mendes' initial work directing the tuxedoed agent, has hit the net, and it is an instant traditional - if only simply because it appears like the traditional title sequence aesthetic.
Although Craig is the only 1 featured on the poster - would Bond have it any other way? - the film is loaded with stars. Javier Bardem characteristics as the main antagonist, Judi Dench is back as M, Ralph Fiennes plays a UK government official, Ben Whishaw is Q, although Berenice Marlohe and Noamie Harris consider on dueling Bond Women - the former a baddie, the latter an additional agent.
