Based on true events, "Argo" chronicles the of vital importance stealth to save six Americans, that unfolded behind the scenes of the Iran hostage crisis -- the fact of which was undiscovered by the people for years.

On Nov 4, 1979, as the Iranian revolution gets into its high tide , radicals attack the U.S. embassy in Tehran, and take 52 Americans as hostage. But, in chaos , six Americans had slip away and find shelter in the home of the Canadian ambassador. If they stayed there, sooner or later they would be found out and killed, So Tony Mendez (Affleck) brought up a plan to get them out of the country so that they would be fully in safe . His plan is so risky, c razy and incredible, I think it would be unthinkable in real-life , but as a movie it's really stirring
